Finding the Crystals


Started to work on some type of end-game concept for the game, which would be to collect a bunch of ELEMENTAL CRYSTALS gathered throughout the world, which are defended by evil troups.

Currently, the first crystal, the FIRE CRYSTAL, can be found.


It is defended by a group of highly lethal enemies:

  • Fire Mages: they will spawn fires on the ground. Find and recruit a SPELLBREAKER from a village; they will ward off the flames.
  • Spellbreaker: they have their very own, so it'll be hard to cast magic on them
  • Warriors: Tanks with high hit points
  • Dark Knight: big bad dude, who's very hard to kill

Make sure you bring a full and balanced squad against them by visiting villages, completing quests for them and bringing their villagers along for the fight!

Tips for the fight:

  • Make sure to fill your squad to at least 9/9
  • Make sure you have a healer, such as a Cleric or a Cook
  • Hold down the SPACEBAR to rally your squad together, and navigate around the Fire Mages' flames
  • Kite the Warriors and Dark Knights away from the rest
  • Try to flank the group and take out the Fire Mages first



Bug fixes and new stuff

  • Leveling up your heroes should increase their damages gradually
  • Implemented Knockback resistances, mostly on melée and shield classes
  • Some classes (mostly Beasts) and detect nearby stealthed enemies
  • Display each hero's stats in their mouse-over info panels: Kills, Damage, DPS and Heals
  • Terrain is flattened under some types of structures, such as castles and villages
  • Fixed the Druid buff, which has never worked somehow, but I thought it was?
  • Magic beams (Necromancer and Druid) now reward XP
  • Display your squad's world position, right under the clock
