Playoffs + tweaks and improvements!

Some new features added in the last couple weeks:

• Playoffs: once the full season is over, the playoffs start. The format is classic, with a best-of-7 matchup for each round, and the winner of a bracket moves on to the next round. Smaller leagues of 7 or less teams will skip rounds and start with the top four, or top two teams.
• Added a small player metrics panel - look for a tiny magnifying lens icon on a player's stats bar
• Added a handful of new logos
• Center ice logo and marking are more legible, and added a gold stripe at the bottom of the boards
• Puck marks on the boards are less opaque if shots are weaker
• Removed an annoying sound glitch when reloading the main menu
