Advanced Team Editor

Implemented a new interface to edit teams' infos! Go to a team's section and tap the EDIT button to enter the advanced team editor:
- Edit the city, name, logo and colors from a single window instead of separate ones
- Go to next or previous teams
- No need to restart the build to see changes
Other tweaks since last build:
- The AI will no longer shoot from behind the net
- Show a player's number and position when holding the puck or controlled by the player

there should be an option to copy home and away uniform colors, because white home unis have to be the dullest uniform design in any sport. plus I don't think a pond hockey game would realistically not have white home uniforms.
Ha yeah! I totally hear you.. white uniforms were home uniforms in the NHL until the 2003-04 season, so I did this on purpose for old times' sake. But I guess I could put the option in the team editor. Thanks for the feedback :-)
